El proyecto plantea la rehabilitación de una pequeña vivienda con un almacén anejo. Se cambia el uso de las piezas convirtiendo el almacén, que tiene mayor altura, en la zona de día con una cocina abierta y un estudio en el altillo y, la vivienda existente, en la zona de noche. La actuación se completa con una prenda de garaje separada de la casa y la urbanización del entorno.
